We are a family owned and operated ranch located on the lush slopes of Waimea. We care deeply for our 'aina, the animals we raise, and the foods we eat to nourish our family. With these values as our driving force, we welcome you to our 'ohana.

Four Generations

Four generations have now lived on Pu'u Pale Ranch which was established in 1963 by Larry Ehukai Mehau. In his later years, the kuleana or responsibility of caretaking of the ranch was passed to his grandson Nicholas Ehukai Vericella. Nick continues his grandpas legacy and strives everyday to make his grandpa proud. He now lives on the ranch with his wife Mikioi and their two children.

Grass Fed & Finished

Our cattle live on grass, sunshine, and Waimea rain from they day they are born until the end of their life cycle. They are holistically managed and rotationally grazed to support aloha 'aina and to create healthy soil.
