Whole Cow Share Deposit

We offer ranch-raised cow shares for families who want to fill their freezer with high-quality, locally raised beef and know exactly where their food comes from. Our cattle are raised with care on open pasture, respecting the land, the animal, and the process from start to finish.

This purchase is a deposit only to reserve your whole cow share. The deposit secures your animal while it finishes growing and allows us to plan responsibly for processing and butchering.

Important Details

• Deposits are non-refundable. Once your animal is reserved and growing, cancellations cannot be refunded.
• The final cost is based on hanging weight (the weight of the animal after harvest and before cutting).
• Final balance will be due once your animal is processed and hanging weight is confirmed.
• You will receive a custom variety of cuts, with exact quantities depending on the size of your animal and your cut selections. We can work with you to decide what cuts will be most beneficial to your ʻohana.

Buying a cow share is an old-school way of feeding your ʻohana. It takes a little patience, a little trust, and a whole lot of respect for the process, but the payoff is beef you can feel good about serving at your table.
